Scott Snodgrass exemplifies what it means to be a school-first Athletic Director, consistently putting students, coaches, and the community at the center of everything he does. Taking over an athletic department with limited resources, Scott built it into a self-sustaining program where every team actively fundraises to support both their individual programs and the department as a whole. His adoption of Gipper has further elevated the school’s visibility and showcased the achievements of every athlete.

Scott’s philosophy of “OneSchoolOneTeam” has united his small school community, ensuring that all athletes support one another and celebrate successes collectively. Individual programs thrive, but so does the school as a whole, fostering a sense of pride, teamwork, and shared accomplishment.
