For 12 years, Scott has transformed Cascade athletics into an inclusive, high-energy program where every student can succeed. Embracing innovation, supporting staff, and elevating the school community, he has built a culture where athletes, coaches, and families feel valued, empowered, and connected.

He spearheaded the adoption of a new communication app and launched a digital Hall of Fame board, modernizing how the school celebrates current athletes and alumni while improving real-time updates and transparency for families. By organizing spirited student sections, inclusive community events, and ensuring even the smallest programs have necessary resources, he has driven increased participation, stronger coaching support, and a noticeable rise in school pride year after year.

Committed to equity and recognition, he ensures every program—regardless of size or popularity—receives attention and support, creating a sense of belonging for all athletes. Showing up early, staying late, and addressing challenges before they arise, he leads by example, making Cascade athletics a model of excellence, community, and heart.
