Heather has transformed her school’s athletics into a thriving, student-centered program, finding creative ways to support and celebrate every team. Since starting the athletic programs in 2016 with just five teams, she has grown them to 25, while also fostering community and spiritual growth through initiatives like Bible Study for coaches from middle to high school.

She has built a culture of fairness and collaboration by developing and overseeing facility calendars, ensuring all programs have equitable access to gyms and weight rooms. Heather also encourages school-wide support, organizing special nights and events that celebrate every team and bring the student body together.

A proactive and servant-minded leader, Heather streamlines communication, improves game-day operations, and addresses challenges before they arise. Her unwavering commitment to the growth and well-being of students and coaches, combined with her passion for excellence, has left a lasting impact on the entire school community.
