Enderlin Area School

Calvin Kraft dedicates every waking moment to Enderlin Area Schools, investing his time, energy, and heart into every athlete, coach, and program. As Athletic Director, head boys’ basketball coach, and teacher, Calvin ensures that every student-athlete receives the support, resources, and guidance they need to succeed both on and off the field. He has built a culture where athletics positively impacts lives, fostering health, character, and lifelong lessons.

Calvin’s commitment to his community is unparalleled. He drives countless miles to support all sports, sets up fields and courts, runs concession stands, mows grass, manages social media, and even officiates games when needed. He was one of the first ADs in the region to install cameras on all gyms and fields so that the community could watch and support student-athletes remotely. Through it all, he maintains a smile and a servant’s heart, leading by example.

His leadership is defined by unwavering care and action. When a football player suffered a life-threatening injury, Calvin accompanied the athlete and family across multiple hospitals, remaining by their side all night, coordinating care, and spearheading community support. He champions student success at every level, from promoting D1 athletes nationally to supporting their journeys long after graduation.
