Robert Duncan pours his heart into Riverside High School, leading with kindness, integrity, and unwavering dedication that uplifts every athlete, coach, and staff member. He is deeply committed to each student-athlete, from football to field hockey to wrestling, taking time for one-on-one check-ins and life conversations that ensure every student feels supported and valued. He also champions every coach and program, regardless of wins, losses, or revenue, fostering a culture of encouragement and excellence across the athletic department.

Beyond athletics, Coach Duncan has strengthened community engagement and student development through symposiums on financial literacy, NCAA preparation, and life skills, while requiring each program to participate in volunteer community events annually. His positivity, work ethic, and servant-leadership inspire coaches to raise their standards, stay engaged, and strive for greatness. Under his guidance, Riverside’s athletic department has flourished from top to bottom, setting a new standard of excellence, unity, and pride that will endure for years to come.
