Renie’s dedication to his school and student-athletes is matched only by his passion for innovation and community engagement. Believing strongly in the power of the Gipper platform, he personally purchased the program when his administration initially declined, demonstrating its value and ultimately securing school support for the following year. Through his initiative, the school has developed a robust social media presence and produced seasonal media guides highlighting all coaches and programs, ensuring every team and athlete is recognized.

Renie has expanded the school’s outreach to celebrate every student, from athletes to band members, implementing a Seniors Spotlight series to honor each senior individually. His leadership has also led to the launch of live-streamed games, connecting the community to athletics like never before. By combining vision, technical skill, and genuine care, Renie has strengthened school pride, highlighted student achievements, and created a lasting impact on his community.
