Robert Callovi is a hands-on athletic director and coach whose dedication to student-athletes and the broader school community sets a high standard for leadership and care. As head coach of the girls flag football team, he has built the program from its inception into a state contender, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to every player. His commitment goes beyond wins and losses, focusing on the personal growth, teamwork, and well-being of his athletes.

Under Robert’s leadership as AD, the school has emphasized athlete safety, mental health awareness, and the development of leadership skills through the introduction of an athlete leadership class. He extends his impact into the community by hosting youth clinics to promote flag football and inspire young athletes. During challenging times, such as COVID, Robert has gone above and beyond to ensure students feel valued and celebrated, exemplified by organizing a drive-by parade for a senior who missed her night. Through his dedication, guidance, and innovative programs, Robert has left a lasting, positive mark on students, coaches, and the community.
