Clairinda is a selfless and dedicated leader whose commitment to her daughter, colleagues, and students is matched only by her passion for athletics and community. At Bradshaw Mountain High School, she has transformed the athletic culture by telling the story of every team, athlete, and program, using storytelling to unite athletes, coaches, and families. Through her efforts, every student feels seen, valued, and part of a larger athletic family.

Clairinda’s commitment to equity is evident in her proactive approach to removing barriers for student participation. She has collaborated with counselors, secured transportation by obtaining her CDL, and partnered with booster organizations to ensure all athletes can compete. She has strengthened community connections by opening school facilities to youth programs, creating team service days, and working with local law enforcement to make events true community gatherings. Beyond her school, Clairinda serves as 4A Conference President for the AIA, Past President of the AIAAA, and contributes to NIAAA committees, mentoring colleagues across the state.
