Dominic has elevated the visibility and recognition of all student-athletes in his district through innovative use of social media and the Gipper platform. As Administrator of Activities and Special Programs, he manages multiple responsibilities, yet has leveraged technology to celebrate achievements, promote programs, and engage the community. By creating infographics, newsletters, and updates, Dominic ensures that accomplishments—from Unified Bocce to band, indoor sports, and every athletic program—are highlighted and accessible to students, families, and the broader community.

Dominic’s leadership extends beyond promotion. He has integrated Gipper across all buildings and with district administrators, expanding communication and recognition throughout the school system. His work drives community support for student-athletes, increases attendance at events, and strengthens school pride. By combining technology, creativity, and commitment to equity, Dominic has created a culture where every student is recognized, celebrated, and connected, leaving a lasting impact on both athletics and the wider school community.
