Jeff exemplifies servant leadership, unwavering dedication, and a tireless commitment to Carmel’s student-athletes, elevating every program within the athletic department. His passion is most evident with the Carmel Girls Track & Field program, where he transforms every meet into a meaningful experience, but his care and energy extend to every coach, athlete, and team in the school. Jeff knows students and staff personally, taking the time to learn names, check in on well-being, and foster a culture of encouragement, positivity, and belonging that has become a hallmark of Carmel athletics.

Jeff’s innovation and leadership have left a lasting impact beyond day-to-day athletics. He launched HoundsHQ, a student-run media team that manages social media accounts for all programs, giving teams a professional, modern presence while creating real-world learning opportunities for students interested in media and journalism. He has even shared this model at conferences, helping other schools elevate their programs.
