Under his guidance, facility upgrades have enhanced the experience for athletes and fans alike, earning widespread recognition for the professionalism and quality of MCSD events.

Beyond game-day excellence, Ryan has been instrumental in growing girls wrestling in the Marshalltown community, increasing participation year after year and establishing a strong, inclusive program that provides meaningful opportunities for young athletes. His leadership extends to conference development as well, having played a key role in creating a more balanced and competitive Iowa Alliance Conference, which has elevated the high school athletic experience for students across multiple schools.
