Tim spearheaded the adoption of a comprehensive digital content strategy using Gipper, providing student-athletes unprecedented visibility. Personalized graphics celebrating signings, milestones, and “Player of the Week” awards boosted morale, strengthened college recruitment exposure, and made athletes feel genuinely valued. This strategy extended to coaches, who were trained to easily submit game-day photos and statistics that Tim converted into polished, professional-grade graphics, reducing workload while showcasing every program effectively. His approach drove a 300% increase in engagement across athletic social media channels within a year, turning the department into a central hub for school and community interaction.

Beyond digital innovation, Tim has been a driving force for inclusion and equity. He co-founded the Unified Bocce program, bringing together students with and without intellectual disabilities to compete as teammates, fostering one of the most celebrated programs on campus. Tim also implemented a structured, multi-year Uniform Replacement Cycle for all 18 varsity and junior varsity programs, ensuring planned, budgeted uniform updates and professional consistency across all teams.Tim’s impact extends beyond logistics and technology. His leadership, creativity, and commitment to excellence have strengthened morale, enhanced community pride, and cultivated a culture where student-athletes, coaches, and families feel supported and celebrated.
