He created the Cub Leadership Academy, the Cub Character Award, and the Person of Distinction initiative, providing opportunities to highlight the achievements and character of students, coaches, and staff. His weekly “Motivation Email” energizes coaches across the district, and his Friday announcements showcase student accomplishments with a fun and engaging musical intro, keeping morale high and celebrating excellence school-wide.
