Clayton consistently elevates the student-athlete experience by supporting athletes, coaches, and the broader community with integrity, passion, and a commitment to excellence. This year alone, he launched multiple recognition and engagement initiatives, including expanded student-athlete spotlights and community-focused game-day experiences, strengthening school spirit and bringing athletes’ accomplishments to the forefront. His hands-on approach ensures coaches and athletes feel valued, supported, and equipped to succeed through improved communication systems, upgraded resources, and consistent presence at events.

Clayton works intentionally to ensure equity and inclusion, creating systems that give all athletes—regardless of sport, level, or background—equal recognition and opportunities. He partners with coaches, families, and community organizations to host events that celebrate diversity, build school pride, and foster a welcoming culture. As a leader, he develops creative engagement opportunities, implements new technologies and communication tools, and continually seeks ways to streamline operations. At the heart of his work is a servant-leader mindset, showing up every day with energy, creativity, and dedication to making programs stronger and students’ experiences unforgettable.
