AARON MOORE
Athletic Director
Noble High School
Aaron has dedicated countless hours to the student-athletes and programs at Noble High School, creating a culture where pride, participation, and community connection are unmatched. From implementing programs for underrepresented athletes to sustaining championship traditions across established sports, he has fostered an environment where every student can thrive and take pride in their achievements. Under his leadership, student participation has increased by 10% over five years, and innovative programs like the Noble Powerlifting Club give students with a competitive drive opportunities beyond traditional sports.
Aaronβs impact extends far beyond athletics. A national Safety and Security award winner, he ensures high-quality events bring the three communities of the Noble school district together for unforgettable experiences. He has been a pioneer for Girls Wrestling in Maine, launching a program that won both the State and New England Championships in its inaugural season and created a stand-alone paid coaching position for the sport. He also spearheaded the Esports program, which has captured seven state championships and two runner-up finishes, and designed the school gymnasium to accommodate volleyball, growing that program to 38 athletes. Aaronβs leadership includes innovative use of technology, creating Noble Knights Athletics social media pages, a downloadable app, a digital scoreboard sponsorship program, and a podcast connecting high school and collegiate athletics.
