Amy Elliott has built a championship-level athletic program at Kentucky Country Day School grounded in innovation, inclusivity, and community impact, making her one of the most transformative athletic directors in the country. Under her leadership, KCD has earned multiple state championships across a wide range of sports—not just through talent, but by creating systems, support structures, and expectations that elevate every team from youth levels to varsity. Amy empowers coaches through development sessions, aligned philosophies, and resources that foster growth both on and off the field.

She fosters unity by bringing students, families, and staff together through inclusive events, creative initiatives, and a shared Bearcat identity. Constantly researching and implementing new technologies—from Gipper and Hudl to operational platforms like Arbiter and SportsYou—Amy modernizes athletic operations and enhances the student-athlete experience, encouraging innovation in media coverage, facilities, communication, and student engagement.
