Kerry Hetrick relentlessly invests in Penn-Trafford’s athletes, programs, and community, using creativity and data-driven leadership to build experiences that transform students on and off the field. He has spearheaded innovative fundraising initiatives and partnerships with local businesses, securing training technology, program equipment, and community resources that directly elevate student-athlete development. Kerry consistently creates high-impact experiences—from stadium program upgrades to leadership-based team culture systems and multimedia-driven learning environments—so students feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

He is equally focused on equity and belonging, designing programs where every student, regardless of background or skill level, has a pathway into athletics and a sense of ownership in the school community.
