Ashley Addington has transformed Jenkins Athletics through visionary leadership that expands opportunities and elevates every student-athlete. Under her direction, the school has added new programs such as eSports, archery (producing state, national, and world champions), bass fishing, dance, and soccer, while completing major facility upgrades including new locker rooms, a redesigned gym with college-level lighting and 4K display board, and a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center. She also leads a sports marketing course that teaches students to use Gipper to create professional media, resulting in weekly graphics, digital displays, and social content that showcase athletes and build school pride.

A lifelong Cavalier, former multisport athlete, and coach of Kentucky all-time scoring leader Whitney Creech, Ashley now channels that same competitive passion into equity-driven, future-focused leadership that has reimagined what a small-school athletic program can be.
