Cody Ross is a purpose-driven athletic director whose leadership is anchored in the belief that the “IMPACT be greater than the RESULT.” Known for the way he connects with athletes and coaches on a deeply human level, Cody often sees the toughest competitors and first-year coaches in tears of gratitude at the end of a season—proof of how much his mentorship and example mean to them. He constantly looks beyond wins and losses to serve the entire Beckville athletic program, thanking the community, supporting every sport, and giving students second chances when others might not.

Willing to set aside his pride, collaborate across departments, and do whatever it takes to motivate teams, Cody has earned strong respect from peers across the state, many of whom turn to him to talk “all things AD life” and leadership.
