Clint has dedicated his career to doing what’s best for his school and students, building programs and opportunities that engage every child while fostering strong community support. He established a community foundation fund to create sustainable resources for school programs, and developed the Hesston High School Wall of Influence, celebrating alumni and their impact while highlighting the lasting influence of the school on their lives. Under his leadership, Hesston has expanded opportunities for students by adding sports like swimming, bowling, and soccer, as well as launching an esports team, giving kids who might not otherwise participate a chance to be part of the school community.

Clint’s vision extends to creative fundraising and resource management, including advertising for indoor and outdoor sports and hosting a day/night golf tournament, ensuring that every program has the funding needed for equipment, uniforms, and growth. Whether coaching esports, managing budgets, or creating new programs, he has consistently prioritized student involvement and community engagement, proving that innovation, dedication, and a deep commitment to kids can transform a school’s culture and opportunities.
