Caleb has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to Cory-Rawson athletics, balancing the high demands of his role with a deep commitment to creating opportunities for every student. As Director of Athletics, he led a historic move to a new conference, revitalizing programs that had not seen a league title since 2007 and guiding teams to multiple championships and runner-up honors. In a small district, Caleb ensures students have access to programs like both soccer and football—rare offerings for schools of their size—living the school motto, “Small School, Big Opportunities.”

Beyond wins and facilities, Caleb leads by example, maintaining fields, plowing parking lots, and even scrubbing gym floors, modeling dedication and accountability for staff and students alike. His leadership is rooted in service, commitment, and care, both for the athletes he mentors and the community he serves. While the demands of the job have required personal sacrifice, Caleb’s focus remains on giving his students the best opportunities possible, embodying the spirit of dedication, perseverance, and community that defines his tenure at Cory-Rawson.
