Chad Rankin has transformed Newton Falls athletics into a forward-thinking, student-centered program, expanding opportunities and building pathways for all athletes. He has launched new programs including esports, girls flag football, bowling, and wrestling, giving students who might not see themselves as traditional athletes a place to belong, compete, and represent their school with pride. Through innovative fundraising, community partnerships, and youth programming, he has strengthened school spirit and reconnected families to the athletic department in meaningful ways.

A champion of equity and inclusion, Chad ensures every student, regardless of background, gender, or ability, has the opportunity to participate and thrive. He collaborates closely with coaches, teachers, and families to remove barriers and foster a culture of belonging.
