Lampeter-Strasburg High School

Branden has consistently gone above and beyond as Athletic Director at Lampeter-Strasburg School District, leading a comprehensive program of 22 varsity and 14 junior high teams with over 125 coaches and volunteers. Under her servant leadership, the district has achieved remarkable success, including 75 Section Championships, 13 League Championships, 12 PIAA District III titles, 7 PIAA State Runners-Up, and 3 PIAA State Championships. She has created a culture of accountability, collaboration, and integrity, ensuring student-athletes thrive both on and off the field through strong academic oversight, mental health support, and family engagement.

Beyond her district, Branden serves as Vice Chair of the PIAA District III Committee, a member of the PIAA Board of Directors, and a national faculty member with the NIAAA, advocating for professional growth and best practices in athletic administration. She has also supported NCAA Division I student-athletes and teaches future sports professionals as an adjunct professor at Millersville University. Through her dedication, servant leadership, and focus on equity and inclusion, Branden has elevated the Pioneer athletic program and left an enduring impact on her coaches, student-athletes, and the broader community.
