Tommy has devoted his career to serving student-athletes, coaches, faculty, and the broader community as a hands-on and highly visible Athletic Director. He founded a leadership club to develop future leaders, and his commitment extends league-wide as Vice President and Sportsmanship Chairman for 25 schools. Tommy prioritizes communication and support across all sports, ensuring every program and athlete feels valued and encouraged.

He created the Backwards By Design system for evaluating coaches, emphasizing goal setting, community service, skill development, and fostering team support. Recently earning CMAA national accreditation from the NIAAA, Tommy also serves as a featured instructor at the Pennsylvania State ADs convention and mentors new Athletic Directors in the PIAA. His dedication, leadership, and focus on holistic athlete development have made a lasting impact on his school and the wider athletic community.
