Josh consistently goes above and beyond to elevate school spirit, champion student-athletes, and create a community where every voice is celebrated. He has organized district-wide initiatives such as a mental health awareness night that brought together athletes, families, and local leaders, and launched a mentorship program pairing varsity athletes with middle school students to foster leadership and connection across campuses.

A champion of inclusion and opportunity, Josh created an annual Unity Through Sports week, team-led cultural showcases, and leadership workshops empowering underrepresented student-athletes. He implemented a student-managed digital scoreboard system and spearheaded the Athletics for All initiative, expanding sports access for students with disabilities and financial barriers. Leading with heart and purpose, Josh turns every challenge into an opportunity to uplift students and staff, leaving an impact that resonates far beyond the scoreboard.
