Cory is an exceptional leader who fosters a growth mindset, encouraging everyone to give their best at all times. During challenging situations, such as the “endangered bird” incident that prevented the football team from playing home games, Cory navigated the circumstances with dignity and empathy, ensuring athletes and coaches remained supported and informed.

He has created student-athlete leadership teams that meet weekly to develop leadership skills and share valuable insights with their peers. Cory has also partnered with outside organizations to pilot mental health and wellness programs for athletes and coaches, promoting a supportive and resilient school community. A devoted husband and father of three, Cory’s guidance, vision, and commitment have made a lasting impact on both his school and the broader athletic community.
