Sean has dedicated over 30 years to serving student-athletes in New Jersey as both a coach of multiple sports and an athletic administrator. He founded the North Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse League in response to the growth of girls lacrosse, creating one of the largest and most respected girls lacrosse leagues in the country, now featuring 99 teams. Through careful divisional realignment and thoughtful scheduling, Sean ensured competitive balance and meaningful development opportunities for athletes, including his own three daughters.

A champion of equity, inclusion, and student leadership, Sean implemented initiatives such as a Student-Athlete Leadership Council, Unified Athletics programs in soccer, basketball, and track & field, and team-wide community service projects. He fosters a supportive and inclusive athletic environment while serving on the Board of Directors for the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA), promoting education-based athletics and professional growth for administrators nationwide. His leadership, vision, and commitment have left a lasting impact on student-athletes, coaches, and the wider school community.
