Phil Hubbard dedicates countless hours to ensuring his athletics program operates with excellence while fostering a strong sense of community. Every team under his leadership participates in service projects, devotions, and team-building activities that extend beyond the field, instilling values of service, camaraderie, and character. Phil also emphasizes skill development, offering summer camps and structuring programs so students of all abilities can participate and grow.

A hands-on leader, Phil consistently steps in wherever needed, including coaching both Cross Country and Bowling this year to ensure students could compete. He has nearly three decades of coaching experience, including 282 wins in Maine, and celebrated his 300th career soccer win in September 2024. Through his leadership, dedication, and personal investment, Phil has created an athletic environment where excellence, inclusion, and community thrive.
