Michael has transformed his athletic department into a nationally recognized model of innovation by leveraging Gipper to elevate communication, branding, and student recognition to a professional standard. By pairing customized graphics with Gipper Touch, he turned the school lobby into a dynamic, real-time showcase of highlights, playoff runs, and program milestones—creating a living celebration of athletes that far surpasses any traditional trophy case. His community-building initiatives, including the Student-Athlete Advisory Council, Inside the Dub, and interactive history displays, have strengthened school identity and given students and families a deeper sense of ownership and pride. Through visionary leadership, Michael reinvented the way high school programs preserve and promote their athletic legacy, transforming a simple lobby wall into a touchscreen museum and setting a new benchmark for what a high school AD can deliver.
