Rebecca has built a culture where athletes feel supported both on and off the field—through year-round development opportunities, personal guidance, and her constant presence at practices, games, and events—while strengthening the school and community by coordinating multi-team events, volunteering, and collaborating with coaches and families to elevate programs and connections. Committed to equity and inclusion, Rebecca ensures every athlete, regardless of background or experience, has meaningful opportunities to grow, compete, and feel valued, fostering a supportive environment rooted in respect and pride. Her leadership is proactive and innovative, anticipating the needs of athletes and coaches, streamlining communication, and creating solutions that enhance scheduling, fundraising, and team culture. Rising from a physical education teacher to District Athletic Director and serving as Section One chair for Field Hockey, Girls Basketball, and Girls Lacrosse, Rebecca’s tireless work ethic, commitment, and vision have left an enduring legacy on her students, staff, and community.
