Paul is a dedicated member of his school, community, and the Rubidoux family, committed to creating equitable opportunities for all athletes. He ensures that no student is excluded, building systems that benefit every participant—both boys and girls—while fostering a family-oriented culture that values day-to-day experiences and life-changing moments. Paul actively engages the broader community, inviting families and local partners to be part of events whenever possible. He demonstrates hands-on leadership by attending every event, regardless of time, gender, or sport, and makes himself available before, during, and after school to support students, coaches, and staff. Having grown up in the community, graduated from Rubidoux, and now serving as teacher, coach, and Athletic Director, Paul’s lifelong commitment reflects a deep, personal investment in the success and well-being of every student and the community as a whole.
