He created the NJIC Football Media Day, a premier event attracting major media outlets, college scouts, and conference-wide attention, elevating the visibility of all participating programs. Under his leadership, his teams have participated in remarkable experiences, including traveling to play at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, demonstrating his ability to create once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for students.
