He maintains an open-door policy for everyone—coaches, athletes, administrators, and community members—using his humor and approachability to navigate challenges and improve every situation. Dan has created a leadership council that brings together representatives from all sports to address issues, develop strategies, and promote positive school spirit both in athletics and the classroom. His collaborative approach, combined with active engagement on social media and in the broader community, ensures athletics are celebrated and supported district-wide. Fluent in Spanish and a passionate traveler, Dan’s tireless work ethic, approachability, and commitment to fostering leadership, accountability, and school pride make him a cornerstone of his school and community.
