Brian exemplifies leadership and vision, elevating coaches, student-athletes, and programs through guidance, resources, and a culture of excellence at Peters Township High School. Through careful hiring, mentorship, and facility development, he has built one of Pennsylvania’s top athletic programs, fostering success that has earned staff local, regional, and state recognition—including nominating colleagues for national awards. Under his leadership, Peters Township has achieved 36 WPIAL championships across 12 sports and over 10 PIAA championships in seven sports, while promoting academic achievement, responsibility, and community involvement through programs that encourage student-athletes to give back. Brian has overseen the creation of elite facilities, including the 2,000+ seat AHN Arena, the Budd Baer Natatorium, and the nation’s first on-campus golf facility, reflecting his goal to position PT as a premier athletic high school. Beyond his school, he serves as president of the WPIAL, supporting and elevating athletic programs across Western Pennsylvania, demonstrating visionary leadership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to student-athlete development and the broader high school sports community.
