Cameron has leveraged Gipper to showcase student-athletes and elevate the athletic experience across the entire department, using social media to inspire younger generations and promote school pride. He ensures every sport receives equal recognition, highlighting a different student-athlete each week and giving all participants the opportunity to be celebrated without repetition, fostering a culture of inclusion and motivation. As Assistant Athletic Director, Cameron takes on any responsibility needed, no task being too big or too small, and has been instrumental in creating the student-athlete spotlight initiative. This program not only celebrates leadership and achievement on the field but also motivates younger athletes in the community to strive for success, positively impacting their performance both academically and athletically. Through his vision and dedication, Cameron has strengthened the connection between athletes, the school, and the wider community.
