Jay is a dedicated Athletic Director whose leadership and hard work have helped make the athletic department one of the best in the state. Under his guidance, the school celebrated three state championships in a single fall season, while maintaining remarkable stability among coaches and staff. Jay fosters strong connections among teams and creates a positive, supportive environment for all athletes, actively engaging the community through communication and social media. He meets with coaches weekly to provide guidance, resources, and support, ensuring every program thrives. Notably, his leadership played a pivotal role in helping the boys’ soccer team capture the school’s first-ever Division 1 state title in its 21-year history, leaving a lasting legacy of excellence and inspiration.
