Philip is a committed Athletic Director who empowers students to succeed in athletics, academics, and life by fostering accountability, leadership, and growth for both athletes and coaches. He strengthens academic performance, expands leadership development, and partners with organizations to provide resources that elevate school spirit, increase college scholarship readiness, and benefit the broader community. Philip is a strong advocate for equity, supporting Title IX initiatives through programs such as free sports physical days, ensuring equal-quality uniforms and equipment, and balancing practice schedules, facility access, and travel resources for all teams. He created the Student Athletic Council, giving student-athletes a voice in policy, inclusion, school spirit, and community service, while promoting opportunities for all students to participate and thrive. Under his leadership, TMSA’s athletic department has grown in academic achievement, equity, school spirit, and community impact, preparing students for success both on and off the field.
