His impact is seen in major upgrades as well—securing two grants that completely transformed the fitness room into a modern, safe training space used by every sport and PE class. Dandre also makes equity a priority, ensuring all teams receive fair access to transportation, equipment, and facilities, while hosting family engagement nights and schoolwide recognition events that bring the community together and make every athlete feel valued.
