Brad exemplifies selfless leadership and unwavering dedication, transforming Anderson-Shiro athletics into a model of excellence and inclusivity. He has revitalized multi-sport participation, creating schedules and programs that allow students to compete year-round, resulting in record participation, postseason success, and a unified “Owl Family” culture across all sports. As a hands-on mentor, he organizes offseason training, community pep rallies, Little Owl Sports Camps, and campus-wide celebrations that engage families, teachers, and supporters. Brad builds a positive, inclusive culture by being present at practices and games, celebrating student achievements, supporting coaches, and bridging athletics with academics to ensure every athlete succeeds in the classroom and beyond. Through innovative initiatives like multi-sport schedules, modernized communications, and the Student Athlete Leadership Team, he amplifies student voice and strengthens community engagement. Always leading by example—whether driving buses, covering games, or assisting other programs—Brad’s heart, work ethic, and dedication leave a lasting impact on students, coaches, and the entire Anderson-Shiro community.
