Caitlyn is the heartbeat behind the smooth operation of the athletic program, dedicating herself to ensuring students are supported and fulfilled in both their academic and athletic journeys. Affectionately known as the department’s “chaos coordinator,” she manages team travel, meals, competition scheduling, and countless behind-the-scenes responsibilities that often go unnoticed but are essential to every team’s success. Always the first to volunteer, Caitlyn supports home and away competitions, drives students on late-night airport trips, and ensures their safety and well-being at all times. Her leadership extends beyond campus, exemplified by her role as the sole faculty chaperone for a week-long service trip to South Dakota, where she helped students make a lasting impact on a Native American reservation. Modest and selfless, Caitlyn’s tireless dedication uplifts athletes, coaches, and the entire school community, leaving a lasting legacy of care, commitment, and support.
