Drew has consistently elevated athletic programs, supported administrators, and created lasting opportunities for students across 14 schools. He has coordinated innovative initiatives—from first-day car greeting teams and reading buddy programs to middle-to-high school coaching alignment and game-day community nights—that strengthen student experiences and deepen connections between schools and families. Drew has also strengthened compliance and eligibility systems, ensuring fair play and supporting principals and athletic directors in navigating policy, discipline, and state regulations. Committed to equity and access, he has standardized coaching supports, eligibility practices, and discipline procedures so that every athlete feels valued and supported. His leadership brought back the county basketball tournament, enhancing it with branding, community engagement, and student recognition to create a lasting celebration of athletics. Guided by the belief that sports foster belonging, character, and opportunity, Drew’s work has built systems, traditions, and relationships that will outlast his tenure, leaving a legacy of service, community, and student-centered impact.
