Dr. Dominic Ingram is being nominated for transforming Tuscaloosa County High School athletics through visionary branding, digital innovation, and a commitment to equitable recognition. He unified the program’s social media presence and launched the TC Athletics App, giving over 600 users access to schedules, rosters, livestreams, and fundraising while improving communication across every sport. He also secured Gipper to ensure equal-quality graphics—especially for previously under-promoted female programs—and introduced the Wildcat Rewards Program so students can attend events, earn points, and win prizes. Ingram strengthened game-day operations with credentialed sideline passes, upgraded parking systems, coordinated police assignments, and spearheaded projects for videoboards and LED displays that spotlight athletics and other school events.

Achieving this in Alabama’s 7A classification with fewer staff and resources than many peers reflects a student-first mindset that continues to raise the bar for the Wildcat community.
