Early Life & High School Highlights - Alexa Nestor, hailing from Cary, North Carolina, made a name for herself as a standout multi-event track athlete during her time at Green Level High School. She earned top honors across the state, being named both an All-American and a 2-time All-State performer during her high school career.

College Career at Kent State University - Alexa joined the Kent State Golden Flashes as a sophomore multi-event athlete (“Multis”), continuing to impress with her versatility in hurdles, jumps, throws, and combined events Kent State Golden Flashes. In the indoor season, she placed 10th in the 60-meter hurdles (8.88 sec) at the 2025 MAC Indoor Championships

All-American - Alexa earned All-American honors at the 2023 New Balance Indoor Nationals in the Pentathlon.

School Records - To this day Alexa still hold multiple Green Level school records in both indoor and outdoor track & field. She is widely regarded as the best Green Level "multi" event track and field athlete in school history.
