Braden Anghie was honored with an Emerald Gator award after an outstanding soccer career defined by elite playmaking, leadership, and consistent production throughout his varsity tenure. As one of the premier midfielders in program history, Anghie served as the creative engine of the Green Level attack and a key leader across multiple seasons of varsity competition.

Throughout his career at Green Level, Anghie established himself as one of the most effective and consistent playmakers in the region. His vision, passing ability, and composure in midfield allowed him to generate offense at a high level while controlling the tempo of matches against top conference and state competition. Played in the annual North Carolina Coaches Association East/West All-Star game following his senior season.

Highlights & Achievements:

• Career total of 18 assists in his senior season alone (2021), finishing among the top assist leaders in North Carolina 4A soccer and top 3 in the Southwest Wake Athletic Conference

• Accumulated 26 total points (4 goals, 18 assists) in 20 varsity matches as a senior, leading Green Level in offensive production

• Ranked among the top assist leaders in 4A East and top 50 statewide in assists during the 2021 season

• Served as a multi-year varsity contributor and team captain, playing a central midfield role across multiple seasons of Green Level soccer

• Recorded multiple multi-assist performances across his career, including a standout 3-assist match in a 6–0 conference win over Apex Friendship
