The Emerald Gator Award is one of the highest athletic honors at Green Level High School. It is presented annually to student-athletes who best represent the values, standards, and excellence of Green Level Athletics. Winners are chosen by the athletic administration, with input and nominations from varsity head coaches. There are two distinct versions of the award:

Multi-Sport Athlete Award – Presented to one female and one male student-athlete who excelled while competing in multiple sports during their senior year. These athletes are recognized not only for their success in competition, but also for their commitment, leadership, and ability to balance multiple programs while upholding Green Level’s high standards.

Single-Sport Athlete Award – Presented to one female and one male student-athlete who excelled at the highest level in a single sport. These athletes are honored for their outstanding individual achievements, contributions to their team’s success, and demonstration of character and leadership within their sport.
