Alicia Komaki

Camp Director

In 2025 and 2026 Komaki was selected by USA Basketball to coach at the Nike Hoop Summit in Portland, OR. In 2026 and 2023, Komaki was a finalist for the Naismith National Coach of the year and selected to coach the Jordan Brand All-American team. In 2022, she was named the WBCA Pat Summit, National Coach of the year. 2019, Komaki was honored as the LA Times coach of the year, Cal-Hi Sports Coach of the year, Daily News Coach of the Year and was a finalist for the USA Today and the Wilson WBCA National Coach of the Year. Komaki was also chosen to coach the 2019 Jordan Brand National All-American Game in Las Vegas.

Komaki is entering her fifteenth season as Head Coach of the Girls Basketball team in the 2026-2027 season. In 2023, Coach Komaki led her team to an ESPN National Championship finishing the season ranked number one in the country. In her tenure as Sierra Canyon head coach, Komaki has led her teams to five California State Championships. Coach Komaki has 7 state championship rings, and 2 national championships on her resume.
