In 2023, Fleck made her debut with the USA Women’s National Team, competing in international events such as the Pan American Cup and NORCECA Final Six. She helped Team USA earn medals on the international stage, including a gold medal performance at the NORCECA Final Six and a bronze at the Pan American Cup.  

Known for her relentless defense, consistency, and competitive edge, Fleck has continued her career professionally while remaining a key part of the USA Volleyball pipeline and one of the top liberos in the game.
