Alicia Komaki is one of the premier high school basketball coaches in the country and the longtime head coach of the girls basketball program at Sierra Canyon School in Chatsworth, California. With fourteen years at the helm, Komaki has built Sierra Canyon into a nationally recognized powerhouse defined by elite performance, player development, and a championship culture.

Komaki took over the program and quickly established dominance, leading the Trailblazers to three consecutive California State Championships in her first three seasons. Since then, she has guided Sierra Canyon to three CIF Southern Section Championships, five Southern Regional Championships and five CIF State Championships and multiple appearances at the highest level of competition.
