Biography

Coach Dike Stirrett left an indelible mark on both the XC and Track programs at UHS. A former All-American distance runner at Eastern Illinois University and longtime Illinois high school coach, Dike Stirrett has made a lasting impact on student-athletes through his decades of leadership in cross country and track. After an accomplished collegiate and marathon career, he went on to coach in Champaign and later at Unity High School, where his passion for running and mentorship inspired student athletes.
