Mike Low brings decades of experience to Sierra Canyon as both an accomplished competitor and respected instructor. A standout collegiate golfer at Mission College, he went on to compete successfully on the California Pepsi Tour and still holds the course record at Knollwood Country Club—a testament to the precision and skill he now passes on to his players.

Before joining Sierra Canyon, Low spent more than 20 years as a swing coach, developing golfers at every level from beginners to elite competitors. His teaching emphasizes the fundamentals that translate to lasting improvement: balance, swing mechanics, course management, and confidence under pressure. That deep instructional background has made him one of the more experienced golf coaches in the area.

At Sierra Canyon, his golfers consistently post competitive rounds, earn All-League honors, and go on to play beyond high school—reflecting the quality of instruction and mentorship he brings every season. More than scores and standings, Coach Low’s greatest impact lies in helping young athletes grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game.
